With all these prep coaches heading to Miami, we may have to start calling it the "H" instead of the "U."

Gonna be interesting to see how MIAMI central continues its dominance, I believe they will.

Lots of great talent in that area of Miami and Central could certainly continue its dominance.  However, a fly in the ointment could be the return of Coach Harris to Booker T making them a dominant program again.  Seems like over time as some of the coaches move around you do have some swings in who has the upper hand in the "Transfer Portal".

Miami Central and BTW had a 4 peat at the same time 

 

There is more than enough talent for both to be elite together

Not only did Coach Roland Smith have teams fearing the Rockets, they feared him.  I was waiting for the gates to open at Dillard, big crowd. Coach Roland walks by with the skill positions & shouts to his team,”Everyone coming for the big show!” Shouted it a few times, looked at the crowd saying,”We’re the big show!!!”

 

can’t replace a coach like him. Just like BTW couldn’t replace Harris.......

My first sentence makes that pretty clear that both could be elite at the same time.  BTW seemed to be able to compete at the level of Central when Ice was there and not so much as of late.  Only observation was with Roland gone some of that talent at Central could bleed over to others like NW, Carol City and BTW making them elite again.  Time will tell.

Always looked forward to playing them 95th street boys cuz one thing for sure it was gonna be some bad blood on both sides (dade vs broward) and both sides would be standing room only. 
 

and even tho they won each time we played em, some close some blowouts , I would still play them every year if we could
