  1. Going to do my best to compile a list of available streams, both free and paid (NFHS), for each week of the season. There is nothing like sitting in the stands watching a high school football game. BUT, there is also nothing like a sitting on the couch, cold beer in hand, streaming 5-10 of the best games in the state NFL RedZone-style. If you know of any other streams, please let me know so that I can update the original post. Here is what I've got so far: NFHS (Plenty more--just highlighting some of the bigger games available) 1. (Wed., 7:00 PM) Belen-Columbus 2. (Thu., 7:30 PM) Vanguard-Gainesville 3. (Fri., 7:00 PM) Godby-Lincoln 4. (Fri., 7:00 PM) Miami Pace-Heritage (Plantation) YouTube 1. 4. I'm gonna pull a surprise and say AHP They should make playoffs but depending upon who they match up with we could see a stunning early exit, people weren't that surprised with Cardinal Gibbons beating AHP in playoffs last year since they already beat them in regular season but many expect AHP to make a deep run this year and I'm gonna pull a surprise and say they get knocked out early May be wrong but you know what they say Go Bold or go Home lol

  6. After watching Columbia give Colquitt all they want (You Tube Video) I would not be surprised if the Conquerors are the team that is surprised on Friday. Columbia looks very strong and I think that Jax TC will have to bring their A game especially in Lake City.

  7. First of all it’s a link of a game, asshole. There was no rule about what games to post. And what if there was a Cooper City fan, or Broward County following that may be interested. The game might be steamed by someone or a company that I’m cool with and I’m giving them a shoutout. Your just a butt hurt punk that is mad that Manatee stinks. They are a name. And the incompetent coach they hired will keep them that way. Manatee will beat Alonso and Palm Harbor type teams, but Lakeland is gonna embarrass them.

  8. Bishop Moore may surprise you this year. They're not flashy, no big superstars, but they handled Boone and Wekiva in their Spring games. They also should have beaten West Orange by a couple of touchdowns in their pre-season game last week. Five turnovers and a terrible call by coach at end of game cost them a victory, settling for a tie. The idea behind the Archbishop Spaulding game is to give kids a chance to play out of state every other year. AP beat BM handily last year, but every year is a new year. BM doesn't duck any team, regardless of which division they play in. BM did make the playoffs last year, so they weren't bad; losses were to Edgewater, Jones, and Archbishop Spaulding.

  9. Dang, Manatee must have a good defense this year.

  10. Depending on which poll you are looking at? AP or the FloridaHSFootball.com rankings? Let me say first... the AP Poll has lost my vote of confidence. Island Coast who has struggled the last few years is ranked in the Top 10 in 6A. I don't even have them on my radar in their own REGION in 6A... and they only had 8 people vote from over 25 daily newspapers in the state that can vote. This is when you know there is an issue. On to my rankings - 8A... Dr. Phillips... I am concerned about. Need to see them do a little bit more. If they struggle, they might not even win the district. - 8A... Osceola... Might not be a strong as they have been the last few years, but I do have them as the second team in my First Five Out. - 8A... Winter Park... 8A has become so stacked in the North, but this could be a legitimate miss. - 7A... Dwyer... I got some serious reservations right now about the Panthers. - 7A... Miramar... They probably wish they were still in Class 8A right now... holy smokes 7A football right now! ON FIRE!!!! - 7A... Niceville... District setup is nuts... I like to see how Coach Thompson does things before I push having to place a 4th team from 7A-1 into rankings between the Top 10 and First Five Out - 7A... Tampa Bay Tech... A team that is listed in the First Five Out. But could be ranked by the time the play Armwood. - 5A... Bishop Moore... 5A got deeper. Possible Bishop Moore becomes a casualty of that with the rankings. - 4A... Tampa Catholic... Pretty close to being sold on them. They are my first team out on the First FIve Out for Class 4A. Could be ranked by midseason. - 1A... Blountstown... I have them as my first team out on my First Five Out... I am mostly concerned about the roster size for the Tigers this year which is only 22. Hurricane Michael effects still happening to this very day. It is sad. They also have a tough schedule, so staying healthy is going to be priority No. 1 for them.

  11. I need to post the link to PInkos for sure and maybe ought to include his just for fun. You never know... Jacquez Green is the new OC at Manatee, so you never know what to expect. And yes 10 will be the official number to keep it easy for all of us.

  12. Cocoa returns most of their talent from last year and they are 4th in 4A? Yeah, I can see why the post had to be qualified with "this is a crapshoot".

  16. If Winter Park got a 5-star skill position transfer, folks would be all over it and some would undoubtedly be hyping WP this year. But I guess having a good HC with 13 years invested in a program isn't nearly as exciting to talk about.

  17. Dwyer is 7a and has many question marks In fact many insiders in SFL i have spoken to don't even have Dwyer as top 10 in Palm Beach county And Niceville with John Hicks retiring is a question mark themselves, they need to prove they can stay at that level under new leadership

  18. Always like Winter Park and C Case is a QB any team would love to have. Hopefully they have THE breakout year after coming so close the last few.

  20. Winter Park is loaded at the skill positions. Ethan Pouncey has committed to Texas where his brother is playng WR. Starting QB Casey Case has a big arm and has committed to play for Buffalo. One of their WR's is committed to Miami. Another top prospect, Dakota Mitchell, had a pair of 70 yard TD's against Lyman last weekend. Winter Park has a half dozen D1 prospects with tons of speed at all the skill positions. They play Wekiva this Friday in their opener,. After seeing Wekiva in Spring game against Bishop Moore and watching several WP practices and scrimmages, I expect WP to win by at least 20 points over Wekiva. Maybe then, they'll get some recognition in the 8A polls.

  27. @Joshua Wilson i actually support this idea, ik on prep gridiron board they would use calpreps projections as one of the official voters so it would be interesting to see if any poster here can get a higher winning percentage than pinkos over the course of the season

  30. Just for fun you should include Joe Pinkos in the pick em. Whatever he projects will be his selections. Lol. Also, you think Manatee is going to give Lakeland a good enough game to make it a pick em choice? And is 10 gonna be the official number?

  31. Winter Park and Jones will be very good. You forgot the stud WR Winter Park has in Marcus Clarke. Can they break through is another question.

  32. Tim Shifflet at Winter Park is one of the most tenured coaches in the Orlando area. I don't believe Winter Park has been overly loaded with big name talent the past few years, yet has managed to be very competitive. I think as long as they have a reasonable amount of talent this year, there is no reason to believe Coach Shifflet will not have them competitive again. Winter Park does have one of the top cornerbacks in the state...Ethan Pouncey...and a 6'6" pocket passer named Casey Case, who saw playing time last year as a junior.

  33. Yeah like coach said, once you practice for the first time with a team, you can't play for that same sport for another school this fall. The kids have to do what most used to do, which is just make the best of a situation.

  34. BTW has an ad for a head coach up on the FHSAA web site, but at this point you have to just promote from within for at least this season right? Makes no sense to hire a new coach the week of kickoff classics.

  35. And that blew up two of my interviews at media day... I found out Saturday morning that both were leaving for Florida Memorial. Florida Memorial can trace its roots back to St. Augustine when the campus was located near what is now present-day West King Street and Holmes Blvd.

  38. LOL. ANYTHING involving a Florida team vs. a team from another state is automatically better than almost any in-state match up to you. Lakeland-Manatee? Garbage game, Manatee sucks etc. But, Cooper City vs. Ridley, PA? Better be quick to share that streaming link. lol
