I am going to guess that Edgewater may be one. But that is just a guess. I know in the 2000s they went deep multiple times but never got a ship. I am not sure how they did in the 1970s and 1980s.

Edgewater is one

Ik it a technicality but Atlantic did have a state title under the former school who merged to form Atlantic

Madison county needs to play IMG and some other big school next year. Madison gonna be loaded.

Why not go play STA or Lakeland

Then Madison would realize just how tough it is to hang with a large school power

Only them schools are better than Madison. Madison is elite ranked 212 in the country. I wish one day the reach the top 25. That's there last goal. Greatest small school ever

Edgewater appeared in 3 straight 6A title games.  They lost the 2002 title to Miami Norland on a last minute Hail Mary.

In both 1980 and 1982, Columbus had to travel about 700 miles from Miami to Pensacola to play in the 4A finals.  In 1982, they had to play undefeated Woodham(now closed) in the final, a team that was ranked #4 in the country by USA Today.

Pahokee (which is smaller) and Glades Central have more state titles. Probably, more high school All-Americans, and Pahokee has 2 Mr. Florida’s. So how’s MC the greatest small school ever??? Both schools have been nationally ranked as well.

The Muck has done big things in high school football over the years.
