Barry Stewart is the new HC at Englewood. Stewart is the former head coach at Mount Tabor (NC), North Davidson (NC), and Greensboro Grimsley (NC).

 

Brian Conn is leaving Ida Baker to take over at South Fort Myers.

John Scargle has accepted the job at Palm Harbor U as the head coach. Scargle went to PHU from Clearwater Central Catholic where he served as defensive coordinator.

Is he the permanent head coach though? 

 

Per a media article in August, he was named the temporary/interim coach for the 2016 season. Have not heard if the school signed him to the gig since the end of the season or if they have parted ways with him.

Loren Tillman steps down as Head Coach at Wewahitchka after 3 years and a 13-16 record and has been named new Head Coach at his alma mater Rutherford.  Tillman is a 1989 graduate of Rutherford and may be able to get some of the talent walking the hallways onto the field. The last couple of years Rutherford has had a roster under 20.
